About Us
The future of leadership demands new skills. Let’s build them now.
The way we work has changed. Teams are no longer bound by geography. They are connected across continents, cultures, and time zones. This borderless reality brings incredible opportunities, but also new and unique challenges.
To succeed, leaders need more than technical expertise or traditional management skills. They must be able to:
- Lead effectively in multicultural environments
- Build trust and engagement across differences
- Strengthen global collaboration
- Drive performance across borders
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and leadership development are no longer optional. They are essential capabilities for thriving in the global workforce. Leaders who master these skills can unlock higher performance, stronger relationships, and lasting impact, no matter where they work or who they lead.
We empower professionals to thrive across cultures, turning global complexity into collaboration and performance.
Danielle Santos, Doctor in Business Administration
Danielle is the Founder and Principal Consultant of D.S. International Consulting, a firm created from her first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working across cultures.
Having lived and worked in five countries on different continents, she recognized the impact that limited cultural intelligence can have on leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and team performance.
This inspired her mission to help leaders and organizations with the tools to navigate cultural complexity and unlock the potential of diverse teams.
With over a decade of experience in global learning and development, Danielle specializes in designing and delivering innovative cross-cultural leadership programs, managing international partnerships, and implementing strategies that elevate multicultural team outcomes.
Her expertise spans industries and sectors, from executive cultural intelligence training to large-scale online programs that integrate global learning and practical tools.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of International Business (MIB) from Florida International University, where her doctoral research examined the impacts of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) on multicultural team performance.
This research foundation allows her to combine academic insight with practical approaches to deliver results-oriented strategies.
Danielle’s career highlights include leading the global learning & development department of an educational group (with 28 institutions), founding and structuring the global affairs department, and building a scalable framework that established partnerships with 120 organizations in 32 countries—impacting more than 400,000 students and educators.
Through her leadership, she has consistently delivered programs and strategies that accelerate talent readiness, inspire cross-cultural engagement, and drive organizational growth.
